Rent, utilities, deposit and final cleaning are shown on the listing. Genuine seasonal tenancies require a statutory deposit of two months’ rent on conclusion of the agreement. Rent instalments follow the signed schedule; the service fee arises on actual key handover.

What does MUVAWAY do?

MUVAWAY provides listings, rental profiles, chat and tenancy templates. We check listings and ownership documents. The owner sets the price, dates and tenant selection; the parties enter the tenancy agreement themselves.

Where can I find my messages?

Find your conversations under Messages in your account. The chat shows who you are speaking with. The owner decides whether to let the property.

Who signs the tenancy agreement?

The landlord and tenant sign the seasonal tenancy agreement with each other. Under the central payment model, MUVAWAY receives payments through Stripe on the landlord’s behalf. The landlord remains responsible for lodging the deposit with IBAVI and repaying it.

Who helps during the tenancy?

The owner is your contact for the property, repairs and the handover. MUVAWAY support helps with questions about the platform.

How long can I rent for?

MUVAWAY offers stays of one to ten months. Every tenancy needs a real, documented temporary purpose, such as work, study, renovation, wintering or a fixed project, and the agreement records that purpose before signature.

What documents do I need as a tenant?

For the enquiry your rental profile is enough, about ten minutes — we only need your ID card or passport once the owner has accepted. Depending on your reason for staying, an additional document can make sense; we tell you in advance what your property requires.
