Cancellation and notice
- Until the tenancy agreement is signed (30 days before move-in, immediately for short-notice bookings) you can cancel free of charge and get everything back.
- If you cancel after signing and before move-in, the reservation (one month's rent, at most 25 % of the total rent) is forfeited; the deposit and all other payments are refunded.
- After move-in you can terminate with 30 days' notice, at the earliest at the end of the 31st night; unused rent is refunded within 14 days.
- If the owner cancels after signing, you get everything back plus the same amount as compensation (at most 25 % of the total rent), paid directly by the owner within 14 days. Before signing you get everything back.
- In case of force majeure – travel ban, uninhabitable home, natural disaster, death or hospitalisation (with proof) – you get everything back.
Our service fee only arises with the handover of the keys. No handover, no fee.
